Popular Restaurant Adds Style and Function with ActivWall
Taco Bell Cantina in Danville, California, has redefined what it means to dine at a fast-food restaurant. Part of the chain’s innovative “Cantina” concept, this location features a sleek urban design, an open-concept kitchen, a custom menu with shareable appetizers, and a selection of alcoholic beverages—all aimed at creating a more elevated, social dining atmosphere.
The transformation was led by Infinity AP of Waveland, Mississippi, in partnership with First Street Development of Sonoma, California. Their vision brought to life a vibrant, welcoming space that includes cozy outdoor seating, fire pits, lawn games, and oversized screens for watching sporting events—perfect for gathering with friends and family.
ActivWall is proud to be part of this unique project. Two custom ActivWall Gas Strut Windows were integrated into the design, helping to connect the interior bar with the outdoor patio. These 57-inch-wide, thermally-broken aluminum windows fold open effortlessly to create an outdoor bar area, where guests can enjoy beer, wine, sangria, and Taco Bell’s signature Twisted Freezes.
To seamlessly match the other commercial-grade windows in the space, the design team selected a dark bronze anodized finish, paired with insulated glass and simulated divided lites (SDL) for added style and performance.
Every ActivWall Gas Strut Window is made-to-order in the USA and engineered to meet the needs of both commercial and residential spaces. Ready to open up your design possibilities? Contact us today for a free quote and discover how ActivWall can transform your space.
