Designed for weather resistance and structural performance, ActivWall’s folding doors are either top-hung or floor-mounted using proprietary motion hardware.

Choose Your Size:
Each ActivWall Folding Door is custom-designed for your unique space. They are available in sizes up to 40′ wide and 12′ high. Larger sizes are possible with the addition of mullions. Multiple unit configurations are also available.

Choose Top-Hung or Floor-Mounted:
Units can be made Top-Hung or Floor-Mounted. When a building’s header does not provide enough structural support for a top-hung system, we can build floor-mounted systems that support 90% of the unit’s weight at the base.

Choose Your Sill:
We offer a variety of structural sill options for the Folding Door. Learn more about sill options.

Choose Your Glazing:
Dual-paned low-E glass comes standard on our Folding Doors, but many additional options are available, including tinted, frosted, and printed glass. We also offer design features like simulated divided lites (SDL) and mullions. Learn more about glazing options.

Handles & Hardware:
Standard multi-point keyed mortise locks for operable swing doors ensure optimal security, and shoot bolt locking for intermediate panels controls the system’s operation. Custodial locking, interchangeable-core mortise locks, and panic-bar assembly options are available for commercial applications. Additional architectural hardware options are available upon request.

Choose Your Finish:
ActivWall products can be customized with various finishes, such as powder coat, anodized, simulated wood grain, and wood-clad. Choose to have your handle/hardware match the frame or contrast it for added style. See options for finishes.

Configurations:
The ActivWall Folding Door can be made in various sizes and configurations. Depending on the number of panels used, you can incorporate a swing or French door into the design. You can also choose an inswing or outswing configuration.
