The centerpiece of the space is a Gas Strut Window, finished in a modern black powder coat that complements the building’s Pacific Northwest aesthetic.

When opened, the window lifts effortlessly upward, transforming the countertop into a generous pass-through bar that extends to the exterior. The counter aligns seamlessly with the patio, allowing bar stools to be pulled up from outdoors, perfect for casual dining, serving drinks, or offering snacks to family and friends without missing a moment by the pool.
