Screened Porch in Wisconsin

When renovating this home in Wausaukee, Wisconsin, the homeowners installed an ActivWall Gas Strut Window in their kitchen. The window lifts on commercial-grade struts to create a pass-through and serving bar for the adjacent screened porch. 

The window measures 56″ wide by 40″ high and is finished in a dark bronze powder coat.  

The energy-efficient window is built with thermally broken aluminum and insulated glass to keep the home warm in winter. It also features a raised sill for additional protection from the elements, one of six sill options offered.
