When a homeowner in Tennessee realized that the pass-through windows they originally purchased didn’t meet their expectations, they began searching for a better solution. The goal was clear: upgrade to windows that were functional, durable, and easy to operate, without compromising on style.

That’s where ActivWall came in.

The original windows, sourced from another manufacturer, were intended to create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection for the homeowner’s open-concept kitchen and patio. But in reality, they became more of a hassle than a help.

The original steel windows were heavy and difficult to open and close as their struts were not properly sized and the windows lacked handles. 

With a sleek Wolf Range and Evo Grill already installed in the indoor-outdoor cooking area, the homeowner knew this space deserved better.

After researching high-performance alternatives, the homeowner selected ActivWall Gas Strut Windows to replace all seven of the original windows. Our team custom-designed a series of three and four units that were each mulled together as one frame and stepped in to handle the installation of the high-quality replacements.
