Though the space had potential, it lacked the visual appeal and indoor-outdoor integration the homeowners desired, especially with a pool and patio steps away.
Quick Construction reimagined the space with a complete overhaul, choosing soft-toned custom cabinetry, warm wood flooring, and striking quartz surfaces to elevate the look and feel. One of the standout design elements is the gold hardware and fixtures, which add warmth, luxury, and a modern edge, perfectly balancing the kitchen’s clean, timeless aesthetic.
The true star of this renovation is the custom ActivWall Gas Strut Window installed above the kitchen sink. Measuring 96″ x 50″, this outswing window opens upward with a single, fluid motion to instantly connect the interior kitchen to the brand-new outdoor summer kitchen and bar area overlooking the pool.
Fabricated with thermally broken aluminum and insulated glass, this unit offers superior energy efficiency and durability. It is finished in a white powder coat and has a saddle sill, one of several structural sill options for this product.
