They renovated their covered porch and we love all the details they incorporated into this space! Ceiling fans will keep them cool in the summer, and a stone fireplace will keep them cozy in the fall and winter.
An outdoor TV and kegerator are ready for game day, and there is plenty of seating for friends and family. In addition to lounging on the comfy outdoor couches, guests can sit on the stone walls and stools at the outdoor bar.
The owners installed an ActivWall Gas Strut Window to create a convenient pass-through and serving bar. Whether they serve up chips and salsa on game day or a cup of coffee on a quiet morning, this space is ready for whatever the day brings.
The homeowners chose a 90″ wide by 39″ high ActivWall Gas Strut Window for this space. The unit is finished in a white powder coat with a raised saddle sill, one of six structural sill options available.
The ActivWall Gas Strut Window is made with thermally broken aluminum and insulated glass for maximum energy efficiency when closed.
When the owners are ready to serve snacks and drinks on the back porch, they can give it a push, and the window opens up and out on sturdy struts. When done using the pass-through, they can push it closed from the outside or shut it from the inside with the optional ActivWall Pull Hook.
