Installation and Care
ActivWall windows, doors, and walls are specialty products that require particular care during installation. Avoid costly mistakes and delays by reviewing our guidelines for product installation, care, and maintenance.
Warranty
All ActivWall products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Installation must be completed by an ActivWall Certified Installer to receive your warranty.
Certified installation is not required for a Gas Strut Window, but the form below must be completed with documentation.
Protect your investment by completing the form below within 30 days of installation. A clear video clip (detailed below) is required to register your product warranty. Use a laser level for your warranty submission. Videos with bubble levels will not be accepted.
Your video should:
1. Show smooth operation of the product opening AND closing
2. Use a laser level to clearly show that the product is installed plumb and level.
