All ActivWall products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Protect your investment by completing the form below and submitting required images within 30 days of installation.
In addition to completing the below form, the following three images are required to register your product warranty. Use a laser level for photos 1 and 2.
1. Photo showing that the product is installed plumb.
2. Photo showing that the product is installed level.
3. Video showing smooth operation of the product opening AND closing.
