We love the window we ordered from ActivWall and the customer service has been excellent! Nikki has been really helpful and always responsive to our questions as we figured out the exact specifications for our window. We initially reached out to several companies for quotes and more information, but chose ActivWall because of Nikki's great customer service and follow through, as well as the kickstand option available on the awning window that I didn't see offered anywhere else. We are rebuilding an entire home after a fire. We knew we wanted an awning window in a specific place. We chose Activewall because the product looked great, but also because of Nikki Compton, and everyone we interacted with. Most companies have robo-chat and AI driven answers, it is VERY easy to get lost and not get questions answered. When we were researching, ActiveWall was always quick to respond and patient. We had a fantastic experience with ActivWall installing the new front entry door at our commercial space! I searched for over 6+ months to find and then compare all the vendors available on my tilt up windows. Of all my possible options I chose ActivWall because of their reputation in the market place and seeing the quality of the product compared to there competition and I don’t regret my decision one bit. The product came as advertised and actually exceeded my expectations. They were also very accommodating to work with me to exact match to other sliding doors around the structure. I couldn’t be happier with my new gas strut window. I did a deep dive on these type of windows in the US and I couldn’t find anyone who had as many sill options. Which made it the best window for us being in the north east weather. Having no sill is beautiful just not really conducive to our climate, but with activwall’s options we were able to get the most minimal looking sill. Not to mention the feature of the kickstand, which no one else had to offer, that my husband loves when he’s cooking . Not only did they have the least leadtime of any other window as well. The customer service was amazing.  A small cosmetic thing on my contract was different than the window we got and within a week they had someone to my house to repair it exactly as promised in contract. No pushing no arguments on the phone. Theywere absolutely to their word. I find that hard these days and can truly appreciate this type of service and care for their product. I couldn’t recommend them more and even though I don’t normally write these, I had to because I was completely blown away by how on point they are. Thank you for my new window! The Bee Hotel has an ActivWall door installed in our Honeybee Suite on the rooftop deck. Our guests absolutely love it! I purchased an activwall window for a project we were renovating. Not only was the product phenomenal, the service was top notch. We needed a good solution for an impact resistant glass window to open up for a walkup bar at a beach hotel. I found activwall through facebook and reached out to learn more about their products. Their team was very pleasant to speak with and helped me with all of my questions. Once I ordered the window, they followed up with delivery schedule and all of the pertinent installation details. I had an opportunity to speak with Rob at their company and learn about their business as well. They are made in the USA and the company was founded in Virgina and the one thing he was most proud of was the opportunity to give back to his community by providing local jobs. ActivWall designed and built a gas strut window for our kitchen reno. I reached out to them when I could not find a US supplier. They hadn't made one before. They worked with me to design the window. It turned out amazing. Every single person that comes into the kitchen loves it. I will not have another house without one! My kids eat breakfast and lunch at it all the time.
